It means that I know what your age is this yearor approximate.
Of course, even though you're born in the year of the rooster, but different years you have different luck and there is no definite good/bad luck. Some zodiacs may have more good luck this year and some may have more bad luck, it varies over years. I'm no teller of this kind of thing so I'm not quite sure.
