Nobody actually knows who built Stonehenge, there is countless speculation, but the thing about the druids is, according to the TV show I watched awhile ago on Stonehenge on Discovery channel (I watch documentaries in my spare time), the druids came to Britain far too late.
So it was probably a culture before that.

Its a bit silly to expect Stone Henge to be "returned". Thats like saying that if I prove the bricks in your house are made from English substances that England can therefore lay claim to your home. I know Im stretching things a bit, as your home ( though Im sure its lovely ) isnt really ( I imagine ) an historical landmark with staggering cultural significance.
But then again, I didnt start the sillyness.
Its a big bunch of rocks. Part of its charm is that its been there for donkeys years. Everyone was happy with it like that. Especially the people who put it there I would imagine. If the welsh are that proud of the work, why would they try to undo it?
Just wander up and carve "Made in Wales" on it and leave it at that, Matt![]()
Disclaimer : The above statement is a joke. Jim, and by extension PPT in no way advocate, condone, or encourage the desecration/damage/vandalism of any national treasures. Though we may have a bit of a laugh about it if it wasnt too serious and done in a comical manner.

Can you prove that Stonehenge was pointless? No, you can't. For all we know, Stonehenge could have been a palace (I'm not saying it was, mind you). And you're saying the pyramids had a definite use. However, if we didn't know the Egyptians workshipped gods so much you might have said otherwise.

But who's to say that Welsh people built it? For all we know aliens could have just been bored and decided to prop up a few souviner rocks from Welsh in Britan. If that's how it happened, shouldn't we return the souviners to the aliens then? (Mind you, I'm not saying that's how it was formed.. Just an example)

Do Asians have different teeth from Caucasians? How do they know that it wasn't just a bunch of Hungarians with really bad teeth that built Stonehenge? (Now I don't want to say anything about the state of dental care in the UK, but...)Return Stonehenge to the Hungarians!
