Would you enter a set contest...

I never have really cared whether or not there were prizes involved in set contests. When I had the time to enter them constantly, I picked the ones that had the best choices, rather than prize. This is mainly because I don't play Neopets anymore.

i enter set contests when one of the subjects in the list attracts my attention and inspires me. the prizes are one of the last things i look at.

Sorry to say but no. I spend a lot of time already at the computer, making sets for resquests at my request board etc. It would feel like a waste of time and energy to sit down and enter set contest without the chance to get a prize of some sort. This considering I have other stuff to do besides sitting at the comp

I definatley would. Sometimes, when I win some contests, I don't even take the NP/Prize from the person, since they can request from me for free anyway.

I wouldn't, because then there's no reward for your hard work. At least when you request from someone they're more than likely going to use what you made them. In a set contest you never know if theset you're going to make the person is going to be used, and your work goes to waste.

Perhaps. I often enter set contests and rarely is it only for the prize (although they can be pretty spiffy too) - I usually enter the ones that take my fancy. Yes, I'd enter irrelevant of prizes if I was in the mood for creating sets and I liked the look of the subject matter and contest

Other, I'd enter set contests if I could make graphics. Haha. But other than that, perhaps, if I was inspired by the topic choices.

I don't even look at prizes when I enter set contests. If there's topics I like, I enter. If the main prize was a million neopoints, and there wasn't a topic I was interested in (which has, believe it or not, happened here before), I wouldn't enter. Same thing if the prizes are not from Neopets.

I put 'Other', simply because I'm not really sure and it would depend on the topics requested.
If there was a topic which I really liked and would enjoy making a set for, then I'd enter. But if the prize was humungous but the person wanted all celebrities I'd never heard of or games etc.. I wouldn't.
Besides, sometimes I just enter random sets, which are nothing to do with the topics requested.. just because I feel like making a set!
I have never won a contest anyway, so though the prizes are an insentive to enter I usually don't mind much about them.

I'm not on neopets anyways, so the prizes don't make a difference to me. I don't really have the time to make sets though, if I did though, the prizes (or lack there of) really wouldn't make a difference.

Yes, I would. I just love the feeling of pride and happiness I get when my entry, out of thousands of others, gets chosen as a winner. It does a lot for my confidence.

Choose other, for the same reason as some of the people who posted. If i was blessed with the talent of graphics then i would go ava/sig crazy and do whatever i could, but since that isn't the case i can't do anything.=(
