Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

But if you leave for a long time then return the enthusiasm will be as new as before, especially when all the people are new and you are trying to set up a fresh identity.

I do remember a user named faye, but she must have been active while I left the forums for a while.
I wonder if there is still the "Part of the Furniture" title.

I know I'm wondering that too. Chomefox is my Idol! XD

I've been here since May 2004, and I only have a little more post counts that you, CD.
It is pretty insane. I hated PPT when it crashed and I came back, so I turned into a lurker.

Well, I've been coming here how long? I don't really know, and I know I have 500 or so posts. But I'm not huge on the whole annoying posts or spam posts, or the posts which are just made for suckups, or making 5 word posts, so I guess thats why.. other than I don't have much to say.

I feel like replying to every topic in order to get 5000 posts.
Nah. That's too boring, and, besides, I hate roleplaying.

I've been here for 4 months now, and wow, I've come a long way.

Haha, I've been here for nearly a year and I haven't even got 400 posts.

Eventually you'll slow down. Probably. I hope.

I used to go crazy, I had like 500 in my first month, then I got banned for around 4 months. Then I came back, now I am some kinda PPT Guru.

With the old forums, I joined in June 2003 (the 20th, actually). I had 50 posts after about 12 hours, and got to God ranking in a short time. Before the crash, I had about 3300 posts.
This time around, however, I have much less time to come around the forums, and I don't really care how many posts I have (nor do I have the desire to reply to every topic I see). I'm glad these forums are less obsessed about post counts, because it's an extremely superficial thing to worry about.
If it's a goal for you though, congrats on nearing accomplishment.

Hey- before the crash i was about 300 posts of part of the furniture. Boohoo...O_o

Wow, that's about 27 posts per day. Isn't that a record or something?
(Before the crash, I think I had about 1500)

Agreed. It was quite intimidating joining PPT back in June 2003 (my goodness how time flies!) and wondering if I would get eaten alive and spit out by some PPT God. And, back then, it did happen. To many people.
It is a much kinder, more respectful PPT this time around. I applaud the mods' devotion to policing the site.
The numbers were so important then. They really aren't now and I like that.

Mafia rocked.
I MISS MY BLACK STARS AND TITLE.
"Capo". Has a nice ring to it, eh? I want it backkkkk.
I didn't catch 1k of scammers for nothing. ._.

I joined in....early June or July of 2003. On the old forums, I think I had 1500 posts.
Now I'm not concerned about really getting my post count up.
