Transformers: The Dark Ages- Countless eons ago, in a time long forgotten in the mists of legends and lore, a great empire spanned through endless realms and past the farthest reaches of the Galaxy. The flawed and frail organisms of star-born life, the organic beings known as the Quintessons, perfected the sciences of physics and engineering. Through their vast knowledge, they augmented themselves, bonding their fleshy, organic bodies with machines. The Quintessons, in their awesome power, build world after world, and endow it with the blessing of life. Not the life of flesh and blood, but of metal and steel. For millions of years the Galaxy prospered; a civilization of machines. The organic worlds and races were cast aside; forgot; lost in the bustle of inorganic robotic life. In time, the Quintessons captured the world Cybertron, their Great Capitol of the known universe, and formed it into a massive artificial factory planet and the hub of civilization. For thousands of years the Quintessons dominated the Galaxy, selling their war-robots and worker-robots to all the sentient races of the universe. Over time, the Quintessons grew lazy and placid. Unknown to them, the robot slaves were growing increasingly intelligent, and ever more resentful of their lot in life. When the First Cybertronian War came, the Quintessons were caught totally off guard. The robot leader A3, and his second, the female robot Beta, led the other robots in the revolt against their techno-organic masters. The towering Guardian robots were turned against the biomechanical overlords, and the Quintessons were crushed. They fled their world, and having lost control of the Galactic Capitol, and their sources of power, they fell from greatness into obscurity. The Quintesson rule of the universe was over, and Galactic civilization collapsed and fragmented. The Golden Age of Cybertron began and the former servant robots and warrior robots lived in harmony developing the arts and sciences. Over time, however, the warrior robots grew tired of the naive attitudes of the former servants now turned civilian "leader" robots. They teamed together, calling themselves the "Decepticons", and began a campaign to conquer Cybertron for themselves. The civilian robots teamed together to form the opposing forces, who fought to remain free from Decepticon tyranny, and dubbed themselves "Autobots". Many other robots fled Cybertron while others remained neutral "citizens". The Second Cybertronian War had begun, and it ripped across the world for nearly five million years. During this time, many Autobot and Decepticon leaders rose and fell. The plant changed sides, between the two forces, time and time again. The Matrix of Leadership was created by the Autobots to store the souls of their lost leaders, and A3, now called Alpha Trion, invented transformation technology, giving the Autobots a massive advantage. But, the Decepticons soon stole the transformation technology, though the Matrix technology forever eluded them. During a great battle, the last of the ancient Autobot leaders was killed, and Optimus Prime received the Matrix. Optimus quickly became the greatest Autobot leader in history. Thrown out of orbit from around Alpha Centauri, sometime during the course of the ancient war, the planet was eventually grabbed by the gravity of Sol, and it entered a distant orbit, somewhere around fifty to sixty AUs from the sun. The Autobots discovered that the third world actually harbored primitive organic live, and with it, abundant natural resources. Optimus and many of his fellow Autobots left for the new world to retrieve desperately needed energy resources. They were intercepted by the Decepticons, and their ships end up crashing on the planet. The Autobot's ship, with many attacking Decepticons on-board, crashed on a volcano. The abandoned Decepticon ship crashed elsewhere. (9 to 4 million years before Earth contact, Cybertronian forms.)
Transformers: The Great War- Four million years pass, and the Earth evolved around the dormant robots. When the once dormant volcano finally erupts, the energy surge awakens the ship's computer, Teletran-1, which then beings repairing the robots. Now awakened, and rebuilt in the forms of the native inhabitancies' vehicles and gadgets, the war resumes, this time for domination over the new world. Over the relatively few years of Earth conflict, much occurs. The Decepticons build a new ship, and leave for Cybertron, only to be shot down by the Autobots. The ship crashed in the Pacific Ocean, and Megatron uses the ship as an underwater military base. Eventually, Megatron was able to build a teleporter "space-bridge" to return to Cybertron. With this, he was able to keep contact with Shockwave, Cybertron's military governor. On Cybertron, the female Autobots continued their war against the Decepticons, using guerrilla warfare tactics of hit and run. Eventually, several Autobots from Earth, including Prime, came to Cybertron to assist them. After several battles, the Autobots return to Earth, but the female Autobots remain to fight their war. Alpha Trion was absorbed into the super-computer, Vector Sigma. This allowed the Autobots to use the super-computer to create desperately needed new Autobot Transformers. After countless battles on Earth and on Cybertron, the Decepticons are finally forced to retreat back to Cybertron. (1984 to 2005, human distrust, Earth and beast forms)
Transformers:The Golden Age- At the dawn of the 21st century, the Autobots build secret bases on two of Cybertron's moons, though the Decepticons quickly become aware of them. In a devastating attack, Megatron leads the Decepticons against the new Autobot City on Earth, and many Autobots and Decepticons are lost in the battle, including Optimus Prime. Ultra Magus becomes the new leader. Unicron arrives in the vicinity of Cybertron. Megatron is turned into Galvatron by Unicron. Unicron destroys both Autobot moons. Ultra Magnus is killed on Junk, but is quickly repaired by the renegade Autobots, the Junkions, and the Junkions join the Autobots on their new campaign to destroy the Unicron menace. Kup and Hot Rod are captured by the Quintessons, but manage to escape with the help of the Dinobots and Wheelie. As Unicron commences in smashing Cybertron, the Autobots attack him, and Hot Rod is able to use the power of the Matrix to destroy Unicron. Hot Rod is turned into Rodiums Prime by the Matrix, and becomes in the next leader. The Decepticons are vanquished from Cybertron and retreat to Charr. The Autobots now control Cybertron. The Quintessons begin a campaign to retake Cybertron. (2005 to 2300, Human/Autobot alliance, Earth, beast and Cybertronian forms)
Transformers: Beast Wars- The Pax Cybertronia was signed, declaring peace on Cybertron for the first time in over nine million years. Now, a mere three-hundred years later, society has changed again. The descendants of the Decepticons are beginning to revolt. Their society, now blossoming of its own right, has been punished by the mistakes and failures of their once-proud ancestors. These self-named Predacons began a silent uprising, working against the Autobots' children, the Maximals. The conquest is whispered in the alleys of Cybertron. On other planets, especially Earth itself, it is again a full-scale war. (@300 years after the Great War, beast and Cybertronian forms.)
Transformers: Beast Machines- After their victory in the Beast Wars conflict, the Maximals returned to there home world of Cybertron, carrying there captive, Megatron. Enroute Megatron escapes and arrives earlier then the Maximals. He begins his plan of achieving total domination though ruthless machines. Megatron, the leader of the Predacons, enslaves the planet with an army of vehicular transforming drones called Vehicons. Megatron then produces a virus which keeps the Maximals locked in beast mode, ultimately shutting them down. With the help of the Oracle, the Maximals are reformatted into new forms. Optimus Primal and his team are charged with the task of restoring the balance between organic and technological on Cybertron. The odds are against the Maximals as Megatron and his Vehicon armies attempt to remove all organic life on their world, starting with the Maximals. Hunted by this force, the Maximals face their greatest challenge. (Events after Beast Wars, beast and Cybertronian forms.)
Transformers: Universe- In the distant future, the evil Unicron wages a final war for ultimate control of the universe, by summoning an army of Decepticon forces from across time, space and the multiverse. Responding, Primus summons Optimus Primal to gather an army of Autobots to go into battle against the aggressors. As the enemy sides clash in the biggest war the universe has ever seen, there bodies emit a powerful radiation. They do not know that Unicron is secretly harvesting this mysterious force to increase his own strength. (Distant Future after beast Machines: Earth, beast and Cybertronian forms.)
Transformers: R.I.D. - In the year 2000, MEGATRON and his evil force of energy hungry PREDACONS arrive on Earth with one goal: Destruction! The PREDACON'S Earth-shattering conquest causes a secret force of goodness to emerge: the heroic AUTOBOTS, led by OPTIMUS PRIME. The AUTOBOTS have hidden their existence by taking the form of vehicles. Now they boldly reveal their true nature to fight MEGATRON and protect the Earth. Transformers: Armada- Light years ago, deep in the cosmos, a unique, digital entity came into being. In search of other life forms, it sent explorers out to the furthest reaches of the galaxy. These digital, mechanical beings became known as...Transformers. One of the first planets inhabited was soon to become known throughout time and space as Cybertron. A civil war between them raged on, and at stake was a race of tiny bots known as Minicons. Always considered smart tools used to boost power, these Minicons were awakened by an inner protocol. They then joined forces and resisted domination by both Autobots and Decepticons. Battle after battle proved nothing, and after many casualties the Autobots and Decepticons were caught in a deadlock. Realizing that victory would come at too high a price, the warring factions called a truce and in this truce, it was decided that an enormous craft be constructed for the Mini-Cons who would be catapulted into space. Never to be used as pawns in a galactic war ever again. Finally after drifting for millions of years, the Mini-Con ship collided with a moon circling a primitive planet known as Earth. The craft and cargo shattered, casting Mini-Cons to every corner of the planet. Eventually the Earth shifted and for millions of years the Mini-Cons lay dormant. And that's where our story begins. Transformers: Energon- Ten years after Megatron and Unicron disappeared together; the Decepticons have fallen under the leadership of Optimus Prime. Though they still hold ambitions of domination, without a clear leader, they now grudgingly work alongside the Autobots. The humans and Autobots have joined forces to replenish their stores of Energon to help repair the damage done to both Earth and Cybertron after the last war. Transformers: Cybertron- CYBERTRON, home planet of both TRANSFORMERS factions, is in danger. In order to save it from certain destruction, OPTIMUS PRIME will lead the AUTOBOTS on an intergalactic scavenger hunt to lost planets to find four ancient CYBER PLANET KEYS. But MEGATRON and the nefarious DECEPTICONS will be hot on their heels, trying to steal the CYBER PLANET KEYS and harness their power for evil. Transformers: Alternators- Over ten years have passed since the first contact between Transformers and humans, and situations around the world have changed tremendously. The groundbreaking for Autobot City, the establishments of the EDC--the Earth Defense Command, the advances into outer space...humans and Autobots have now formed an invaluable community bound by a common destiny. Amid all this, destructive Decepticon operations using the metallic pathogen "Cosmic Rust" have caused irreparable damage to countless Autobot members of the Earth garrison. Megatron had just launched a war of conquest on the planet Cybertron, and almost all Autobot personnel and material had just left Earth behind. Having lost their trump card of defensive strength, cut off from all support, and faced with an absolute crisis, the EDC reaches an emergency decision to initiate the Binaltech Project, a "human-developed Transformers" plan they'd been considering for some time. Under the orders of the mother computer Teletran-1, the development of transformable, humanoid machines is carried out at a rapid pace by companies and research organizations around the world. The wounded Autobots' personality data are transferred into the Earth-made robot bodies thus completed, and they are reborn as new man-made mechanical life forms.
