I use my MSN space for my blog and I don't put anything important (such as crushes, etc.) on it. Usually, I only recount what happened on a certain day, with some of my feelings (I'm usually happy, anyways).
I only put my first name for my blog, so my parents wouldn't be able to find it anyways. And it's friends only. (although, they could go into my MSN and check it, but they won't find anything and I don't think they know how to use MSN anyways, so =P)
And if I search my full name, I get all these site with some comedy thing and downloading music. XD

No matches for any screenname I might ever use, and I only use my first name on my Xanga...and i have a very common first name.

I find it fairly amusing that the first five results are of friends, not me. The last four results are of my few public LJ entries.

Heh...if I had a blog, my parents would never find it. They really don't do anything with the computer. X3
But when I used to have a blog, I didn't post anything secretive... Just about my day, rants...rants about my mom, life in general, etc. :3

I found mine in a flash; it's the same thing I use for my email and most other things. Not good.

Blog= Web log.... any personal journal or journal-like updater (PPT uses a blog for responces)
I'm very fortunate that nothing is coming up under my username related to me save for a quiz someone did. If you are using LJ there should be an option to "Minimize your journal's inclusion in search engine results" under Edit Personal Information. I suggest anyone who doesn't want their blog showing up, use that option for LJ or find the META tags that will block bots from picking it up.
