Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

Honestly, the ideas of burial and cremation just.. creep me out. In major ways. Burial- Someone could
dig you back up. I don't need anyone picking over my dead and molding bones, thanks! And cremation.. I don't want to be burned in real life, so why would I want to be when I'm dead?
This solution strikes me as a lot better than anything else. I don't have to worry about being dug up (even if I was, who would know? I'd be earth by then), and I would /definately/ want a tree over my gravesite just because I love trees.

Heck, I want a whole garden over my gravesite! XD

I think I'll just... not die, at least for a long while. Yeah, that's it.

You'll be turned into powder either way. Why not go environment-friendly?

Yea. And bio-dust is much better than ash. And your bio-dust would get used up by the tree planted above you or the organisms around your burial site, so you would be living on in the enviroment.

If this ever makes it over here, I'd definitely prefer promession when I die. The tree thing really appeals to me, even though it is kinda creepy for a person to "turn into" a tree... :P
*goes to hug a tree and hopes it's not a dead person* At least it's very eco-friendly, although I'm curious to know what Skullsplitter meant about the liquid nitrogen. O_o

Yea, me too. Come on Skull, spill the beans!

Oh he'll just be obstinate now and refuse to tell us. Nick, tell or I'll refer to myself in the third person constantly over MSN... not much of a threat but it's the best I can do.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be cremated. My body being burnt into ash and stuff doesn't sound nice. So me saying "I'd rather be cremated" is just a measure of how weird this liquid nitrogen business is.

I didnt mean anything by it, I was just being provocative. And since its sparked a debate in debating that has no basis, I feel it worked exceedingly well.
I actually quite like this idea. It goes well with my idea of my grave, which I have yet to finalise..... but basically it'll cost £50,000+ and have lots of metal and shiny stuff, and be very big. A tree in the centre would be excellent.

The idea doesn't particulary appeal to me. It sounds cold. -shivers- I like the giving back to Earth and all, but the way you're turned into this "powder" gives me chills. I'll probably want to be buried. My views on it could change, though, with time.

Well you know, being frozen can have its benefits. For example, you will never have to pay for air conditioning again.

I'd really rather not die in the first place to be honest.
And becoming a tree really was rather low on my list of things to do.
Maybe the god of tree's, but not a normal one.
