Who, me? Why thank you ;)
:P I meant to the people who quit neopets.
*somewhat despises Neopets*

If it's one of my neofriends that I have on neopets then I'll saw "Aww..." or something, but I actually don't really care (hardly go on neopets anymore, anyways). If it's someone else (PPT-er or real life friend) I'll probably say something like "Oh ok."

Whenever one of my guild members leaves, I usually say they can always come back someday, blah blah blah. Sometimes I mean it, sometimes I don't. Personally,
I'd like to leave Neopets, but I have too strong of a commitment to the guild I belong to. Even though I don't really fit in there that much anymore. The people I like the most have gone a little odd recently or have pretty much left Neopets, and the people I like the least have started posting a lot more and irritating me.

But if I left the guild, it would quite probably die completely, as I'm the most active member (much more active than the leaders or any other council member). Besides, I have a hard time breaking habits, so even if I tried to leave, I know I would find myself on the site to collect interest, check in on guild members, etc.

Well, I don't really play Neo that much anymore (well... technically you can say I don't), but the first thing that would pop in my mind would be...
"Ok"
But I'm sure I would reply with... meh, I probably wouldn't reply. :\
(but, I forgot to include that if I actually knew the person (like from a guild), then I would probably reply and tell them they can come back whenever, good luck in life, and please, if they get the chance, keep in touch.

)

Good luck in real life. Remember you can always come back to neopets.
But usually, I end up typing just the "Good luck in real life." part.

Not too much people I know leave Neopets. Sometimes they leave without telling me so I guess I'll just say something like: Aww... bye then. Best of luck to you.

hey, if they're leaving and they aren't going to be using items that i totally would use, and they're willing to part with them, then i see nothing wrong with asking. i fully intend to give away my items if i ever quit. why keep them where no one can have fun with them?

When I still played neopets, it would be something like... I'll see if I see you back in a year.

They could give me an omlette and I'd be happy. So good luck and give me some of your food

Hmm. Depending on how serious they are.. I'd recomend them to give away their stuff so its easier to not come back.
Or just give 'em a big high five.
Of course, I was the first of my neofriends to quit..so I didnt have a chance to say anything.

"You're fed up with it? So am I. But we'll both be back. It never lets go."

"Good luck in real life. Remember you can always come back to neopets."
That's just about closest as to what I'd say.
But I don't really post on boards created by people who say they're leaving. It's their choice, not mine.
Plus I don't go around begging for pets, items or neopoints

"...So?"
If they WANT to give their stuff away, I'm not going to refuse something, but to be honest, I still really won't care that they've left Neopets.
