Actually, it was a malfunction in the voice compression, quoth...someone. Although, he's truly saying "Uh-oh! Who has to go?!", it sounds like he's saying "Uh-oh! Who wants to die?!".
Still think it was someone wanting to have fun.

And someone probably still lost their job over it considering if it was a malfunction, then it was most likely someones fault down the line when it came to product testing.
