You dont put your address here, just wether you'd be interested in the future.
Mon Mar 06, 2006 12:19 pm
Edit : I told kym to say that ^ :p
Well you dont put your address here! You wait until its your turn, and the only person who knows your address is the person who you send it too
If you want to join in with the fun, if you find out that the PPT PPT is coming to your city/area you could meet up with your fellow PPTer for hte pictures?
Just reply here if you'd be interested, and generally what location you are in.

Oh, right, that makes sense. It's about 6 am in the morning here, so I'm a little sleepy.

I could take it (him? here?) to all the landmarks here, and possibly get a picture in front of the UT Tower.

Count me in whenever it starts.

What state is MO?
We should make a wishlish of places we want ot see the PPT PPT to go, like the eiffel tower and stonehenge
Pyramids? Sydney Opera House? White House? 10 Downing Street? Buckingham Palace? Eiffel Tower? Stonehenge? Sphinx? Statue of Liberty? The London Eye? (totally english speaking bias of places here... sorry)
OOOOH lets make a list of the top 10 celebrities we want to see the PPT PPT with aswell

Dawn- O'Fallon, IL
My dad has season tickets to the Cardinals this year, I could take it to Busch Stadium. HBB could take it to the arch, then, maybe. I'd only be interested if the person sending it to me was someone I knew/trusted well, though, not just a random PPTer (no offence).
EDIT: Oh, and Zorg, MO = Missouri

You guys totally need one of the t-shirt at a seaside place and I go to lots of those in the summer!

Another idea is that each person could write a letter/include a souvenier from where they went with the poogle, so there's tons of stuff from all over the globe when it gets back to Yukio, and we could make a big scrapbook or something, and then if we decided to do it again the next year, we could start all over with another scrapbook, until we have like fifty bajillion scrapbooks, each with a little piece of every PPTer that participated.

Wow! This is a really cool idea and I'd love to take part...

...
except for 4 things...
1) I don't have any wordwide known landmarks near me! =P
2) How big/heavy would the PPT PPT be? (I'm thinking along the lines of postage and packing here...)
3) I agree with Dawn that I'd only feel comfortable if the person who sent it to me was someone I knew.
4) Do I qualify? ...

The PPT PPT will love it here. He'll see: Moro Rock, Hearst Castle, Cal Poly, and Diablo Canyon. (Note: not resposible if Homeland Security kidnaps him while at Diablo). Plus it will give me a reason to force my dad to let me use his digital camera he never uses.

I'd love to participate, but I don't think that many people here know me...

Oh what a great idea! I'm in Philadephia, PA - home of the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. I'm not sure how good a pic I could get since the Bell is now behind glass and they don't let you touch or go too close to anything inside the Hall. I could take a pic of PPT sitting on the steps of the Hall and sitting outside the (hideous) Liberty Bell enclosure I think. As long as the park rangers don't think I'm like, some terrorist or something
We also have the Museum of Art -- which was on worldwide TV for Live8. I could take PPT's pic on the steps (that Rocky ran up)!
