Yeah, that would be slightly disturbing to say the least. I really don't know how I would deal with being in that situation. Yikes is all.

Imagine if you woke up and you'd just started having contractions.
O.o

Being female I can imagine this.
Being male I don't know if you can. But good luck trying to!

*Has pulled both groin muscles simultaneously*
Apparently I can (So I was told by the doctor)

I bet if you ask one of the wonderful motherly people here, contractions are a whole lot worse and a lot more encompasing then groin pulls. Having pulled my groin as well (yay horseback riding) I know the feeling well.

*Was doubled over in pain, unable to move full stop*

Pain shooting up the spine and down my legs.
Course, I refuse to enter an argument of "My hurt is better than your hurt" because the pointlessness of such a thing drives me to turn over the Tv.

This is merely what the doctor -A professional in the field- told me as I lay on a hospital bed crying my eyes out.

Yeah, i've been there. And doctors do have differing opinions on things as has been proved to me by many professionals in their fields. Pain is not an easy thing to gage and people handle it differently. Some well, some not.

I don't think I'd be able to take it, unfortunately. It'd be far too painful for me, being in love with someone in that situation, to have to experience it. If they couldn't remember me or anything, I figure it'd just be easier to let go of the relationship, no matter how hard doing it would be. :/

If it were ME with the memory problems... Who the hell knows. The very idea of it is horridly scary to me, really. :(

Yeah, that would just require TOO much commitment. Getting frustrated at times. Then the temptation of just going away because you know that he'll never remember you...but I would just do what Adam Sandler did in '50 First Dates'. That is, if I really really REALLY loved that person.

HAhaha...the pregnant thing. Ugh, I would hate to wake up to contractions. Waking up next to a stranger would really traumatize me, especially if he told me that we were married for over 2 years or something.
