I'd be happy just for a compatible video card. T_T

My internet sucks, though. For the internet savvy...

ashleigh1992@ashleigh1992:~$ ping -c 2 pinkpt.com
PING pinkpt.com (205.234.213.172) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from unknown.hostforweb.com (205.234.213.172): icmp_seq=1 ttl=57 time=49.2 ms
64 bytes from unknown.hostforweb.com (205.234.213.172): icmp_seq=2 ttl=57 time=48.8 ms

--- pinkpt.com ping statistics ---
2 packets transmitted, 2 received, 0% packet loss, time 1003ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 48.839/49.046/49.254/0.303 ms

...it may help if you're Linux savvy too. :roflol:
BUT IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 1,000 MILLISECONDS. ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M ON DSL.

Um, DM. The 1003 ms is the amount of time ping was running, which doesn't say much about your internet connection -- round trip time is what you should be looking at (and 49ms is just fine).

Consider your Linux-savvy certificate revoked until you read the ping man page.

Damn, am I stupid.
*reluctantly gives up Linux-savvy certificate*

Of course, that doesn't mean I can't still install and uninstall stuff through terminal.

sudo apt-get --purge remove hunter_lupe
and you'll really have to be linux-savvy to get that
