lol XDD. Well, halloween is normally the night where people scare others, haha, but, as much as I like playing pranks, I DO understand that sometimes getting scared to death isn't super fun, heh. But since it only happens once a year, well... In my opinion, I guess you might as well let some people have some fun, heh.

1.) Dress up so people don't know you're real. Get a big pot with a hole in the bottom and fill it with candy... Put your arm in the hole... When the Trick-or-Treaters reach in grab them... Don't do this to any one who might have a good punch...
2.) Kidnap the mayor and put on a mask like him and see if anyone notices when you make your big important announcement...
3.) Follow people around and when they turn to look at you say insanely "I like your candy..."
