Well, isort of hard to explain. I use my 2 hands to type, but I only use my index finger and my middle finger on both hands. It's sort of weird. I did try typing with my whole hand but I found it kind of difficult.

Typing tests usually score me about 60 wpm, but I don't type as fast on those as I do with my actual thoughts. I mainly use the first two fingers on each hand, thumbs to space, left ring finger to shift, and right ring finger to backspace. I know when I've messed up without looking, and backspace automatically.

The regular home row keys typing (left hand on asdf, etc) :P

I can type about 75 WPM.

70 - 90 WPM is about my speed according to that test thing, but I type faster than that when I'm typing here for instance, because I know what I'm saying I guess. *shrug* I use both hands to type and my index and middle fingers on both hands seem to do most of the work, but it's hard to tell or notice, because I'm concentrating on typing, and I just type like that without noticing. Apparently I make a racket when I'm typing though.

I write pretty quickly in English and Hebrew... don't look on the keyboard... don't keep fingers in the same place, just move them to wherever I need pretty quickly... usually know when I have a mistake, and just automatically press the backspace button... sometimes I close my eyes when I type because staring at the screen hurts my eyes, and I don't really know how many letters a minute I type. Not too great at typing tests, because I mainly write fast when I choose what to write :P

I can type pretty fast, but when I'm at home I type slower because my parents get annoyed with the constant TAPTAPTAPTAPTAPTAP, lol. I've been typing since I was like 5, and I used to have this typing thing about the home row keys, but it didn't work for me.

I type with both hands and all my fingers, but have to look at the keyboard. If I am copying something out, I normally look at the text, remember one sentence then proceed to type the whole thing out while looking at the keyboard. Good training for my spelling and memory. ;)

I'd say I type pretty fast...
They started teaching us right from second grade... And my dad had bought me a bunch of different typing programs over the years...

I happen to type using an insanely fast 'chicken peck', hence I only use one finger on each hand. I usually look at the keyboard, but even when I'm not I surprisingly don't have to use the backspace button a lot. it weird people out to see me type sometimes, I guess it looks very bizzare.

I type kind of like you. I can feel if I've made a mistake, and I can fix it pretty fast.

With my feet.

I move from key to key with the speed of light. Though only use four to six fingers most of the time. It depends on where the keys I need to press are. Anyway, my fingers always hover above the keys like 1mm, so yeah. ^^

I type with both hands, and I can touch type pretty well. I tend to type faster when I know what I'm typing, like now. Recently I've gone through an "off" period, where my typing was awful. :/

Both hands. I don't even use the home keys. Hey, does anyone know of a typing test? Naaw, never mind. I can use my new friend, Altavista!

Your accuracy was impressive.

Your speed was 53 WPM

Wow. o__O

With both hands. I type kinda with the home keys... I don't have my fingers right on them, but like, right above them or near them. I type at around 90-100 words per minute, and I can delete my mistakes really fast since I make them very very often (I made about six in this post).
