It's because it's required by law. Handicapped bathrooms are not just there for people in wheel chairs either. It's also for use of people who cannot fit into smaller stalls whether it be due to size or even due to a cast that you have on your leg. The Americans with Disabilities act requires this, and the school would probably be heavily fined if they didn't have it

Though really, if the ADA requires handicapped-accessible facilities on every floor, they should also require the MEANS to get to those floors. lol

How can grapes be seedless? Lot's of people say that they're picked out, but where is the hole in the grape then? Eek...That makes me scared.
And sometimes in chicken by the can it says 37% chicken, what's the other 73%? Tofu? Crap?

If you go to a grocery store today to buy grapes, there is a good chance that the only type of grape you can buy is seedless. Nearly all grapevines in production today produce seedless grapes.
It turns out that most fruits today do not come from seeds. They come from cuttings instead. This is true of grapes, blueberries, apples, cherries, etc. (pretty much all fruits except citrus, although scientists are working on that, too). A piece of a vine or branch is cut off, dipped in rooting hormone and then placed in moist dirt so that roots and leaves form. Because they come from cuttings, new grapevines are essentially clones of the vine they were cut from.
Seedless grapes actually do contain seeds at some point. But a genetic error prevents the seeds from forming hard outer coats like normal seeds do.

I've also wondered why at my school, the nurse's office isn't right by the school's office... instead, it's all the way on the other side of the school.
About the "Start" thing, I thought it was because you started programs from there. You have to go to "Shut Down" to shut down your computer after "Start" but most programs can be accessed from the "Start" menu.
About the nurses office.. They don't want the parents going to the office to see all the kids that are injured. Just kidding.. No clue. At our school the office was on the main floor... Nurses office was in the basement, opposite to where the office would be if it were in the office.
