I read really slow, depending on what it's about.

How often- every day. Used to be a book a day when I didn't have so much work on.

How fast- Harry Potter, 2-3 pages a minute.

I read really fast. I'm taking ages to get through Jane Eyre, however, because I haven't applied myself to the book properly, and only snatch a few moments every now and then.

I read OotP in three hours, hehe...

A book every couple of days. I'm on my third book this week (since Monday or so).

It's not that I can't read fast. I just like reading slowly =P

It really depends on the book. I had to read 2 novels for english this semester, one was 140 pages, the other was a little over 400. I finished the 400 page book about a month before the 140 pager. I just couldnt get into it!

I find Margaret Atwood rather easy to read and have lately been going through her books. I've finished Alias Grace, Lady Oracle, The Handmaids Tale and am half way through The Robber Bride. I'd be finished it if it weren't for these stupid exams... *kicks text books*

I think I read the 5th HP book in a little over 14 hrs the first time, 6-8 the second. Give me a nice short book like those in the shopaholic series (2-400pgs) and I can be done in an afternoon. Same with the VC Andrews books.

I read half of Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing in about an hour.

So, book a day.

It just depends on how into a book I get. The King's Justice and The Quest for Saint Camber I read at the same time, in a few hours, but I've been reading Stranger in a Strange Land for a week now. Also depends on how much time I have...I haven't had a whole lot of time to read lately.

In other words, I can't give a straight answer. =P

When I'm on vacation and have nothing else to do, I can usually read about two 300-page books in a day.

It all depends on whether or not I have time, my level of engagement in the book, and the difficulty of the reading. It's easy to finish Harry Potter, for instance, in one sitting, but it took me quite a while to finish Pride and Prejudice (though that was because I really didn't like the book). On average though, I typically read a few books a week.

I finished OotP in 3 days. But then again, I read it nonstop.

If I'm really into it, it'll only take me a few days max to read the book. If I'm only reading it because of school, it'll take me a week or two. My friends call me a fast reader but my mom says I'm slow O_o.

I usually spread portions of the book out to last me for a while, or I'll go through it in a day.

Yes... Very much so

It really depends on the book and how much I like it. It was usually a book every few days, but recently I've been having trouble really getting into anything, so I picked a book every few weeks.

I'm a fairly fast reader. If I have the time to sit down and read, I can finish a 300 - 400 pages (or so) book is about 2 - 3 hours. Wait... is that slow? x.o

So, a book a day *if* I have the time. If not, it's like... one book per week or more -___-
