Unless a hurricane comes from Lake Michigan, I won't see a hurricane in Chicago. Chicago is, however, on the outskirts of Tornado Alley, so there's one thing to look out for.

I'm in Chicago until... Thursday morning! And I have to fly in today, during thunderstorms, and be on Navy Pier when the first one hit.
I did get to see Romeo and Juliet. It rocked!
EDIT: I forgot what I wanted to put about hurricanes/tornadoes whatever...

I first read that as "one thing to hope for". And I went "Hey! He's as weird as me!"
We get tornadoes every summer, and I look forward to them. I love storms in general. Like I always say "Tornadoes are fun as long as they're not killing you/destroying your home!"
