Yep I can whistle.. I love whistling!
I even taught my bf how to whistle. It just baffled me when we first met and I found out he couldn't whistle. I just thought it was something everyone knew how to do. (that was a long time ago... I know better now :P)
I just love whistling along to a song or making up a tune or whatever.
I can do the breathing in whistle and the regular one and through the teeth... I can't do that fingers in the mouth whistle though. No one's ever taught me how to do it that way.

Aw, I feel like you non-whistlers are missing out a bit, kinda!

I was thinking, it'd be rather cool if some PPTers taught themselves to whistle because of this thread. The PPT whistling challenge! Go on, I dare ya :D ;)

I reckon it could be done in a weekend or so... if you practised while you were just walking around or something (presuming no-one else is around to give you funny looks).

Wait, are you thinking the "Come here, flicka!" kind of loud whistle, or are you thinking musical notes whistling?

I'll never call a horse or dog to my side, but I can carry a tune quite well when I whistle, I think.

Hmm, websites that teach whistling... I can get a faint whistly sound, but it's not much.

I can whistle. =D I bug my mom, because whenever I get nervous or bored or something I always either whistle, or start snapping my fingers and then slapping my hands together. Ehehe.

None of my siblings can whistle, though, at least I don't think they can. o_o

Yes. And I've been driving people crazy pacing down the halls whistling whatever song reminds me of Harry Potter at the moment. If it's instrumental, though, I blare it from my vocal chords, which is hardly an improvement. Oh, I can't wait to get choir training.

Do what you will; but I will hinder it if I may.
