Heck, time travel would be too dangerous. I mean, even the slightest move, like appearing in the past can change the future. Let's say your ancestor (a 5-year-old) is walking along next to a river alone and you suddenly POOF in front of him. He would be so surprised and shocked that he falls in the river and drowns. And therefore you would cease to exist ^_^

That's why you go to the future instead.

Bleh, my theory is that if you end up in the 'past', it resets that as the 'present', and the future never exists until you travel there.

As such you continue exist in what is now the present and even if you kill your parents or alter anything that would have happened it won't affect the 'future' you considering you have already diverged from that timeline.

This is taking it a bit off topic, but if time travel were real, it'd work on the John Titon theory (JT was this bloke that claimed to have travelled back in time, and was posting stuff all over the net. It was a hoax, but the guy was extremely intelligent). Basically, imagine a cone. Here and now is at the tip of the cone. As you travel back in time, you wind down the cone. The wider the cone becomes, the more possible variations of the 'past' there are. And depending on where you land on the cone depends on what the time is like. For example, travelling back a 10 hours will have almost no change whatsover. Travelling back 10 years though, you might notice things like different weather, different sports scores, etc. Small stuff, nothing big. And so on so forth. And wherever you land, you create your own new additon to the cone.

This way, if you kill youself or your father, or your Great^23 Grandpappy, it'll make no difference, since you had come from another part of the cone, and the part you are in is completely different from the part where you started from. Thus, there isn't just one time line, but countless timelines, one for every possible event that could ever and has ever occured in the universe.

Time travel is impossible, no two ways about it.
traveling to an alternate reality, that happens to exist in your past, but is otherwise identical to your own is possible, fundamental qautem mechanics.

for super powers, id want magic, the winds of shiash specificly (death magic)
oh, and Necromancy for good measure.
maybe the dark art... (not to be confused with dark magic, which is just really woosey)
geomancy's fun too... pyromancy, gotta havy pyromancy.

or immortality. much can be achieved when nothing can possibly stand in your way. like Unicron. without the planet-sized mashing skills mind, but i could work on that. id have all of eternity.

That`s a good question...I would like to fly, or to go very fast, anything that could make me feel free...Free like I`ll never be in the real life...

I'd be able to read peoples minds, and always know what they're thinking and feeling. Just know all the things that go through people's minds, but would never say outloud.

I would like to control the weather. Like if someone gets me angry I could like hurt them with wind or something. That would be fun.
