I used to take liquid.. once I was sick, and I had to take this putrid stuff.. actually, once I barfed it up again. :D

Pills, they always work much faster for me - plus there's no taste ^^

Liquid. I'm actually afraid of swallowing pills because I think it's going to get stuck down my throat. If somebody gives me a pill that you're supposed to swallow, I'll actually chew it. I know it's gross, and it tastes horrible, but I just can't swallow pills.

I've only recently been able to swallow pills- which is useful since I'm on a daily script of Prozac.
Ironically, they give me acid reflux, which I have to take pills to fix...

It depends on whether the liquid is Calpol or not. If it is, then liquid. If it's not, then pills

I never used to be able to swallow pills, but, since about 12 or 13, I've been able to. And, I am very thankful for it. Before, I used to get vile, vile stuff. Soluble paracetamols. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

Though, I was particularly partial towards Blackcurrent Tesco's own. It was so yum. I wish I was more ill for it.

Technically, you can't "cure" the flu. You can cure the symptoms.

You cant "cure" the cold either, unless I'm mistaken...


[EDIT] I think there is a cure for it now, or something. Something to do with Vitamin C and Zinc.

i don't generally take medicine, unless it's really bad. normally, i just drink a lot of water, sleep a lot, very warmly, and complain a lot. yes, complaining is the ultimate cure for anything

Pills. I'm quite good at swallowing them too. My sister hates swallowing pills, and can barely do it, so it always amazes her that I can take like four or five at once (though I rarely, rarely have occasion to take so many at once).
There are a few liquids here and there that aren't so bad. I like liquid cough syrup simply because just swallowing it makes my throat feel better. And children's grape Dimatapp tastes wonderful. Pity I'm not a children anymore =P
Also, I like taking liquid NyQuil (the green licorice flavoured kind, not the cherry), because I like the alcohol in it. There's like 3 times as much alcohol in that stuff, by volume, than there is in beer.

Yeah, I do the plls too. We were talking about it in class a few days ago and I was amzade by how few people could swallow pills, so I wanted to see if it was the same here

Of course you can't. The cold and the flu are practically the same.

Liquid. I hate pills and can't swallow them. No matter how disgusting the liquid tastes, I'll take it and gulp down milk afterwards. I have a fear of pills and I do believe if I tried I'd have a choking fit.

I don't take medicine until I get pneumonia for the time.

I just stick it through.

Pills are really hard to take, every time i try consume them I throw up... or almost... i have to crunch them up into likke buts and swallow them, and that still doesn't work...

So i say liquid, it's easier... and there is no taste differentce for liquids and pills, they can both be average and foul (actually, i find liquids are a little more sweet)...
