In 36, what I meant by storywise is that, why would Nitemare go through all the trouble putting together a hard-to-decipher code to encrypt his seemingly threatening message? Besides, he used the clue from an earlier level, even though the hint on the boards say that the storyline started in 31...

I'm still stuck on level 25. the hints i'm getting are going nowhere. anyone wanna give me a very insane hint and not just "the second+hand"?
