Mine does that. Switches back and forth, seemingly randomly. I can force her to change if I want, but it's more fun to see what my brain does on its own. :)

Or Schizophrenic?

that's really weird!

there's lots of little things you can do to see what half of the brain you are. like if you clap, hold your hands together then see which thumb is on the top. i can't remember which is which but i -think- left over right means right-sided and vice versa. :)

I can only see it turning clockwise :P I can't seem to make her go anti-clockwise, though :(

Oh, and them list are a load of rubbish. I'm totally the left list =)

Edit: Now that I've been looking at it for a long time, it only spins anti-clockwise. This is evil ¬¬

Or Schizophrenic?

Unlikely; schizophrenic individuals would have difficulty in switching the individual both counter-clockwise and clockwise. In general, it's very hard for a schizophrenic individual to focus on an external stimuli or even acknowledge it (Depending on the severity and type) hence them being unlikely to manipulate the image in question.

I can get her to spin both ways easily, but I'm confused about something.

Why did they make her naked?

You mean you don't start spinning when you're naked?

She spins clock-wise for me and I cannot get her to spin the other way after trying like 5 times

Oh, me three.

The staring-at-shadow thing worked. Everytime the foot swings 'toward' me, I'd chant AWAY in my head, and vice-versa. Now it's getting easier, but I still have to stare at the foot to switch her direction.
