It's funny, but if you're in a region that says a lot of the first, chances are good that you or a friend had a relative whose doctor said they had the second.

It's a fun word, isn't it? I believe it's the longest single word in the English language - or at least, it was when I was in the 9th grade. In West Virginia. Where the longest word was "Ain't."
