Yes, age does matter. But 106 isn't stupid though. 100 is supposedly the average mark. :)

I didn't think age mattered as the IQ tests tests your logic rather than knowledge. I thought that was the point of them really. Hm. Anyway, average isn't bad, I'm quite happy being average.
