Oh lord NO. It's like Provolone crossbred with a marbled Filet Mignon in the worst way possible, ruining the sublime wonder that is Provolone and Filet Mignon.

Anyway. Pepper Jack. I had no idea that Cheddar was so popular you had to eliminate it as a competitor, but whatever.

Do what you will; but I will hinder it if I may.

Hmm, I've never tried brie! Seeing as so many of you like it...I should go find it sometime.

Anyway, I like mozzarella (not really the taste, but just the stringyness that comes when it melts), parmesan, and Montery Jack. Simple, but hey, good enough for me.

And the idea of blue cheese kinda scares me. Mold, eww... I've tried it though, but I don't really like it.

I've never understood how blue cheese sells, when they advertise the fact that it's a decent moldy cheese on the package o.O

Parmesan and mozzerella! Though I don't much like it at all.

For plain cheese that I can get in my small town I like colby-jack. I really like sage cheese. We get it in Vermont about once every 2 years.

I like pepper jack. It's got chunks of jalepeno peppers in it, so it's quite spicy.

Mozzerella

I'm not a big fan of cheese in general but I do like mozzerella whether it be in string form or not.
