I wish I could do this... but my parents would probably be like.... you want us to drive you to the city... to see the Opera House/Harbour Bridge/etc... with this toy.... for some people on the internet.... o_O

*sigh* :P

I think this would be fantastic.

I once read something about something similar to this in Chicken Soup for the Kid's Soul, and I thought it would be fun.

I'm in.

Jenna - Goshen, New York

I read a story like that too! Maybe it was the same one xPP haha.

I think this would be an awesome idea! although, yes, shipping would be expensive, and I would not be allowed to give out my address -_- *sigh* darn!! But I LOVE the idea! If some people are able to do it, even that might be enough^^* hehe

Paul - Trustable is in the eyes of whoever has the PPT PPT. If someone deems you trustable to have it sent to you, we should trust that person to choose a trustable person to send it on to :P I'm just saying that not just anyone should get it ^_^

WhoeversaidMaccasthingy - Thats possible if i make one thats fugly, but I (and kym) think that it'd be better if it was really unique and unlike anything else.

Postageconcerns - I'll make small & light.

Alot of you guys live near NY, so you should all get together somewhere. Some unlucky induvidual should stand in times square holding it up, looking like a complete buffoon but totaly recognisable :p

Landmarks shouldn't be thaat significant, if you can offer it lots of love and care and funny pictures atleast!

(40deg (110f) today, so i may not be making very much sense)

We don't have any interesting landmarks here, but I'm thinking it'd be cool if the PPT got to see Scandinavia. :)

Branwen (maniac) - Wales, UK
Katie (cyanna) - New Jersey, USA

This is a great idea :) I live in Europe but shipping will be no problem, I think/hope. Count me in!

Dori (tomatie)- Eindhoven, the Netherlands

Tue Mar 07, 2006 5:47 pm

I'm in!

Ildikó (Igg)- Appleby, Cumbria, England

Tue Mar 07, 2006 6:09 pm

I'm in for this, however I feel the need to point something out... the laziness of people :P My friends and I have tried this sort of thing before... it took me four months to get the box together, write my bit in it, and mail it. And the person I have sent it to, in the spring of err 05 has yet to mail it XD

But! I promise to send it on, within the required time. =))

Nessa - Lampasas, Texas

We don't have anything significant here, but there is a piece of the World Trade Center in front of hte FireStation =)

Talking about naming the PPT PPT... I think that should be Zorg's honor. Hes the one who came up with the idea and is making the Pink Poogle Toy, some things are meant to be named by the creator. Besides, getting us all to agree (for the most part) on a name is going to be a disaster.

Tue Mar 07, 2006 8:19 pm

Steven - Ipswich, UK

Although I'd have to know the person who is getting my address but other than that should be fine :)

Tue Mar 07, 2006 8:27 pm

I'd do it but I live in the same place as Rachel. :(

Tue Mar 07, 2006 8:59 pm

Yeah but Helen, you and Rachel can get together and take a picture with the Pink Poogle Toy =)

*Puts hand up and jumps up and down* Gimmie the teddy!!!!

Maybe it should be called Pug the pink poogle or Goople the pink poogle... or what about something to compliment our other mascot - Arrow, something like Tab, Alt or Control?

Tue Mar 07, 2006 9:46 pm

We can name it Worra (opposite of Arrow). :P

I have a better idea though. If we wanted to, we could take the first letter of each person who is going to contribute, and combine them together, although there might not be enough vowels.

Well, I'll would contribute a valuable vowel - A very good reason to have me as a candidate to have to teddy over for a visit. ;)
