1) The weather guy too. He always acts like he's the smart guy, so i would make him say "... while in France it's pretty warm..." and meanwhile point at Germany, and when the assistant says: "Umm... France is here!" i'd slap on her hand and say: "Don't be silly, France is here" xD

2) Bill gates, and would A) give random money to people, B) create Winternet, a stupid website that gets advertised all over the television and actually just tries to sell winter equipment, that would really make him look stupid ^_^
