When running for seven miles, it's often better to plan a route you've never run on. It all goes by so much quicker.

It's still a bit early to have learned anything new today... but yesterday I learned how to do some nasty knee locks and ankle locks... lets hope I never have to use them.

I learnt that anything from Ikea can help me reorganise my life - and my room.

I learned that there is a promotion at my university where if you buy an Apple laptop or computer, you can get a free iPod!
