How do you get all the lines to fill out? Mine always get only half filled.

what do you mean?

there's 2 colours for most items and you have to fill in both of them if that's what you mean.... if not i'm not sure what you mean.

If I select a color it only colors the outter parts of the picture, not the whole thing. Help!

There are two boxes above all the colors. You have to click one and choose a color, then do the same with the other.
