If so, state what time period you normally take naps and for how long.

I love naps.

I don't take them on school days, but on weekends/breaks, I sleep whenever I'm bored. =D

I frequently take them after I get home from school. I go into my room to listen to music and then fall asleep. It usually lasts from about an hour and usually from about 4:30 to 5:30, give or take a few minutes.

I try not to because if I sleep during the day I won't be able to sleep later on at night.

It used to be that I'd come home from school everyday and sleep for an hour or two. I'd even start my homework during lunch just so I could fit in a nap. Turns out my ADD medication was wacked out and causing me to be really sleepy mid-afternoon. I've since changed meds and now I only take naps rarely, usually only when I've had a night of fitful sleep or I'm traveling and jet-lagged or something.

I usually sleep well at night, but I sometimes sleep during the day, if there's nothing else to do. :P

I take naps quite regularly. Before, I didn't really do anything during the day, but now I have a work placement in the mornings and I also go to a training centre. I usually nap at least once every two days inbetween 5pm and 7pm. And I sleep quite well at night too yet I'm always so tired.

Rarely. If I wake up early around 6 or so, I will probably fall asleep. Which annoys the heck out of me when I fall asleep during the R!OT on Radio U.

I nap a lot because I'm anemic. So, yes, I suppose I nap frequently, as I'm always tired. I hate it, though.

I take many short cat naps during the course of the day, only began recently. Don't know if that actually counts as a nap, so I put occasionally.

The reason they are short is because every five minutes or so I get up to see if anyone has IMed me. :P
