There's nothing like a sandwich when you need to eat something quick. Not to mention, the combinations are endless. So what's your favorite? Mine's probably a Monte Cristo, ham and swiss cheese on French toast.

Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches.

I always have these everywhere I go. They are clearly, IMO the ebst sandwich ever.

ahh the mighty sandwich. My favorite sandwich is a whole wheat sub bun with:

lunch meat (preferably 2 types- chicken and turkey)
mustard
mayo
pickles
red onion
sub sauce
bbq sauce
lettuce

its a little hard to eat, but ever so good!

You can't go wrong with Alex's Pseudo-Quizno's Turkey Sandwich!

Toasted Wheat Bread
Mayonnaise/Ranch Dressing (Either)
One Slice of Cheese
One Turkey Slice
Lettuce

Also, if I go to Quizno's, the Turkey Ranch & Swiss is my pick. Mmmm.

Mmm sub sandwiches. I put tons on them, ham, turkey, salami, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, olives, pickles, mayonaise, mustard.
Now if I'm lucky, I can get all of those things on a single sandwich. I'm usually not lucky. I settle for smaller combinations though.

Holy! Some of you put an entire universe into those things O_o I mean, I would consider some of those burgers, not sandwiches :P

Anyhow, I like some combos more than others, for example:

Garlic-sausage
Bread and butter

or

Eggs
Rye bread (y'know, dark bread, yummy) and butter

Also, I find it amusing that in many countries people put mayo or mustard, out of all things, on their sandwiches. That never happens here :P We just use butter.

Edit: NOTE: Not peanut butter... oh god that stuff is disgusting. Lucky they don't sell it in the shops eh? :P

A sandwich that I can buy for under £2 that can fit in my back pocket of my jeans. (those little triangle boxes come in real handy) No meat. Or meat-produce, though.

Salad cream is the most vital part of any sandwich, makes it moist and tasty. Adding strong cheese gives it a real strong taste, and a bit of a tang. You need to add one thing else so that it's tasty, but not overly large. I prefer pickle, adds to the vinegary tast, and adds crunch, but other toppings that could go here include tomato, cucumber, something tasty and cripsy.
