You've probably heard the saying, "Don't mess with Texas". If you were to mess with Texas, how would you do so?

I would point out that Hilary Duff is from Texas.

Make all of the texans go to PPT....

I would wear a cowboy hat upside down and act like nothing was the matter.

I'm bad at messing with stuff.

Can't say I've ever heard the saying

You mess with us by calling us rednecks! Or hicks. We in Dallas are very... sophisticated.

I'd mail them all Dixie Chicks CD's. They hate the Dixie Chicks.

Probably walk around talking in my terrible southern accent (which my mom says would get me killed if I talked like that down south), rambling about my baby's daddy or something like that

I'm a Texan, so I don't think I really want to mess with Texas. But, if I had to do it...I'd tell anyone I see in Texas how much better [insert name of state here] is than Texas. Not only would it be annoying, but rather insulting too. And I'd go on and on, explaining (in detail) how horible Texas is, and how much better [insert name of state here] is.
Of course, I'd by lying, as Texas is great.

Move to another state. That oughta learn 'em.

Or I could protest against capitol punishment.

I'd set up a massive super-vegan-mart in the middle of every town.

I dunno, I'd probably act like Texas was still a seperate country, and accuse people of trying to trick me if they suggested otherwise.

And just while we're on the subject:

I don't see how anyone could call Texans rednecks or hicks. They're all in Alabama and south Georgia.

You can point out that they have 3 out of the fifteen most obese cities in the country.
