Just curious ;P
I tend to notice when people don't. I can remember being about four years old, and I didn't want to wear my seatbelt. My mother kept telling me to, and I kept taking it off. So she started putting me back into my carseat, even though I'd really outgrown it. Since then, I've always worn my seatbelt. If I don't have it on, I feel strange.
Though, if I'm going on a long car trip (like three hours or more) I'll usually end up taking it off at some point. Particularly if I'm in a crowded van with friends. If I'm just in the backseat of a car with my family, I'll be more likely to leave it on longer.

Of course I always wear my seatbelt.

People that don't wear it get arrested or fly through the windscreen to become road pancake with glass sprinkles.

Yes, in this country it is a legal obligation to wear seatbelts where they are fitted to your car (some really old cars/trucks don't have seatbelts fitted). To be honest it would feel totally unnatural to not wear a seatbelt while driving now.

When i'm in a car yes.
Buses here ( public or private) don't have seatbelts.

Yes, in the car. No, on the bus.

I have been known not to fasten the seatbelt in the car when I'm just tagging a lift for a few hundred metres.

Yup.

The only exception was on the trip to France when we were in that coach all day, and the stupid seatbelts were *so* tight. Then Adam came and sat on me, which made things worse, lol. But it was only off for a few minutes at a time, while I made it longer so that it didn't press into me as much, but would still protect me if the coach crashed.

But apart from that, I do wear my seatbelt ^_^

that's me.

Yes. It's illegal not to.

Always, my aunt makes fun of me when I wear my seatbelt in China though.

Never.
We don't have seatbelts in our car.

If I'm in someone else's car I do wear them though.

Always. I didn't until around 3rd grade or so, when my father decided to force us to wear them all the time. I got used to it and never went back to not wearing one.

Yeah, I wear a seat belt all the time. But there was this public service poster on the walls of my old high school devoted to debunking the rumor that wearing a seatbelt will ruin your outfit, so I don't think the consensus here is the norm.

Yes all the time. You will get the driver into trouble if you do not put on your seat belt even you sit behind.

Bus, no. When I'm in another vehicle, I always have my seatbelt on. However, I usually don't have to travel anywhere too far, so I usually ride a bicycle instead.

Yeah, I know five people who died in car crashes, and none of them were wearing a seatbelt.
