Pretty unusual but it just cropped up so I thought I'd post it. My surname begins with a H. You don't have to put it if you don't want, just put under what it comes under, like A - D.

Starts with an "S". As in Sam. Lol, that is what my parents always say on the phone. My last name is impossible to pronounce (if you are phonetically- challenged )

I have a really common, boring last name that starts with an L. And if you say it really fast, it sounds like two or three other common last names. That way I can embarass people by having them ask me to spell my easy-to-spell last name.

M. And then K. Then another M. Then S. So S is my last name, M is my second to last name, and I suppose the others must be irrelevent as they are a middle name and second first name? Or are the M, K, and M all considered middle names? I know, I should write one on each of my fingers. Dunno why.
