As for me, I am a Virgo. Basically we're supposed to be orderly (I am sometimes), sensible (hardly ever), hard-working (I am posting this while I'm at work, so um, yeah, right), analytical (I analyze everything), and perfectionists (definitely).

On the bad side, we're supposed to be cold (not me at all!), fussy (yep) and hypochondriac (half the time I don't even notice when I'm sick or hurt).

It's an earth sign, so Virgos like stability and practicality (yes and yes). Get along best with other Earth and Water signs.

I never but much stock in astrology, but I would have to say I definitely have Virgo tendencies most of the time. Although I 'm a bit of a dreamer and I have a strong creative streak (I'm a writer).
An interesting tidbit about getting along with other signs: My boyfriend, best friend, her boyfriend, and my boss at work are all earth or water signs. And I get along great with all of them.

So where do you stand?

I'm a Libra. I suppose that the traditional description (outgoing, idealistic, frivolous, and with a strong sense of fairness) fits me decently enough, but I think that this astrology stuff is all so vague that it could apply to anyone.

I'm a Libra and a lot of it does actually fit me. I think all the compatibilty stuff is a load of guff to be honest, I tend to get on best with Virgos and apparently, we're not meant to be compatible at all. Hm. Plus the daily star signs in papers are rubbish, how can millions of people have the same day?

I'm quite open to astrology despite that though, I fit the profile of a Libra eerily too well to rule it out completely.

I'm an Aquarian, this is the dawning of my age...

I do think the traditional description of the Aquarian personality fits me, particularly with regard to creativity, honesty and idealism, although there are just a few things about them that REALLY don't seem to be me. The biggest is that they talk about Aquarians as often cold and unemotional, and boy oh boy, sometimes I wish I were unemotional but I'm just not. And I would never have thought of myself as cold. Hope not anyway. lol I try to be friendly and warm to both strangers and friends... still, it's interesting to look at those articles and see what they have to offer! It's a fun exercise, and it's also neat to see people's answers and impressions of themselves.

I'm another Aquarius

I fit most of those! lol I'm like the typical Aquarian, the creative person who's thinking so hard about stuff that they end up walking into doors.

I'm a Scorpio, and I think the characteristics match up with me pretty well. I can be complex, emotional, analytical, focused, determined, and also jealous and stubborn, but that's really all that sounds a lot like me. I'm not really hypnotic, self-contained, possesive, or cruel. I don't really believe in Astrology, but I find it really interesting.

What to know what's really fun? Harry Potter astrology. =D

Sun in Gemini, moon in Libra. Pretty accurate, personality-wise.

I guess I'm lively. Not very communicative at all. Witty, yes. ;D VERY INQUISITIVE VERYVERYVERY. Clever, of course. Courageous, no Gryffindor but yes, I'll stand up for others. Standing up for myself is harder, though. Adaptable, yes.

Superficial, probably. Malicious? Ohhh yes, when I'm really really angry and out of control (but that still doesn't mean I'm violent- I never am, though verbally can be a different matter entirely when I've lost my temper). Inconsistent, definitely. Nervous, definitely- anxiety attacks have plagued me for forever. Cunning isn't a negative, but okay, yes.

On the other hand, it's often said that Geminis don't take things seriously. For me, however, I take EVERYTHING seriously. However, I do have the infamous Gemini short attention span. Very much so.

Gemini here! All the stuff about thought, adaptability, multi-tasking, and inquisitiveness are true, but I'm not always very sociable. It depends heavily on my mood and energy. I'm not good at communication in general either...I tend to ramble, mumble, and I can be very bad at explaining things unless I find a metaphor.

I think the description fits me well enough. I don't believe myself to be overly superficial, cunning, or malicious, but I suppose that I am quite inquisitive and nervous.

I suppose I can be elitist at times, but nothing so awful that people begin to think I'm being one. Sophisticated, yes. Objective, sometimes. Nervous, defiantly.
