Well, since the year's only got a week left, I wondered how people look back at the whole of the year. Was it painful, or joyful? What will you really remember about it?
I almost broke even, but I lost too many people this year. There were good points and bad points--but a lot of the bad points were really terrible.
Edit: erk. There was supposed to be a "broke even" option in there.

I thought it was a good year. Well, at least the past six months. I've improved in school, and it's just been a good year overall. :P

It's definitely gotten better as it goes, but it started off pretty badly. I wound up dealing with a lot of things I'd been putting off for ages this year, which was difficult but turned out for the best. I made a lot of new friends, but I lost a lot of old ones.

Overall, I'm going to say it's a little bit more good than bad.

Good. Won over $1100 stuff without effort, and a further $500 or so with effort. Lots of excellent anime. The monopolistic evil imperium of Telecom was clobbered meaning internet has improved in New Zealand. Lots of intellectual challenges, lots of good friends and good food. Good games like Dark Messiah and .hack//G.U. While the only good movie was Casino Royale, it made up for the rest.

The last month or so has been pretty dodgy for me - had a lot of extended family drama, including my cousin's ex-husband being arrested by the police.

On a brighter note though, I finished high school, and got a good result on my ENTER, which I'm happy about :)

Gone, forever.

There has been a lot of bad this year, Parents divorce and stuff like that. But I wouldn't trade this year for anything in the world. It has also been the year where I have been the most happy. I have honestly never been so happy in my life.

Good year, better than most. Ended high school yet started University. Quit McDonalds yet started a newer job. Lost friends (Becuase they moved to far away places) yet made new friends. And getting a niece from my sister so that's even cooler.

But in general, my life has just taken a turn for the better. It's true, we all have bad times in our lives but I've just been a happier person. Usually, I'm able to relate to some sort of sad or depressing song, and while I still like them, I can't relate to them. I'm always thinking "That'd be a nice description of sadness...if I was actually feeling it".

I just love this year, it's what I've always wanted. Hopefully by Valentine's Day (Blegh!), I'll really like it.

It's been a bit of a rollercoaster really. It's gradually got worse though.

Started off alright, and everything went downhill from there. I think I maybe deserve some sort of commemorative plaque.

Honestly?
No. It sucked. My dad's health got worse, my mom had to have surgery on her knee a second times, we've had really bad money problems...this has probably been the worse year ever. I only hope that 2007 is a little better.

Well, it's been both good and bad. I graduated high school and started college, but on the other hand I made some not-so-good grades this semester of college, and for my last year of high school, and I have to go through this weird process to actually attend the university I want to, which is really a waste of my time. Also, there have been a lot of problems within my extended family, especially dealing with my grandparents.

But overall, I'd say it's been pretty good.
