Okay, I'm normaly a fairly sound sleeper, but lately I've been having these really weird dreams. They'll last about two hours, and then I'll wake up, go back to sleep, have another dream, wake up, and go back to sleep.

The day before yesterday, I dreamed that I was back at my volunteer job and we were going on a camping trip for some reason (The job was to watch little kids and teach them about safety). We were all in trailers and there were trucks pulling us around, and people kept yelling at me.

Next I dreamed that I was in my new school and I couldn't find any of my classes, so I just wandered around the building aimlessly and I ended up finding all these really creepy rooms that turned out to be a day care center that had caught on fire.

After that, I dreamed that I was making a pie or something with strawberries in it, but I had to make an excuse to get away so I could put some tomatoes in it. Then some friends and I went to a Disney store and shoplifted a pen, and we had to cut through this huge garden to get away from it, even though no one was chasing us.

Then, last night, I dreamed that I was being forced to marry Daniel Radcliffe (also at my volunteer job, for some reason). I was running around this iced over pond (it was in the middle of winter), and then I had to get back inside so I could listen to JKR giggle maniacly for about an hour.

That sort of faded into this dream where I was watching Shaman King, only it was a really creepy episode that was done entirely with puppets, and Anna had her own theme song that played whenever she walked into a room.

After that, I dreamed that my family went on vacation to the ocean (which we will do in August), but it was rather abrupt, the way we left. We had to walk underwater to get to the house, but when we opened the door, all the water stayed outside. My mom was screaming about how it was satanic influence that held the water there (which is VERRRRY odd for my mom), and I went off on this long-winded explanation (complete with charts and stuff) about how it was simple physics, and my family was standing there nodding in unison.

Can anyone offer any explaination of what my subconcious is trying to tell me, or at least some advice on how to shut it off? It'd be very helpful^^

Sometimes, to me, dreams can just be dreams. They don't always have to be interpreted into something. Those are pretty bizarre dreams, maybe you don't like a place or something.

Lets try & save the wildlife!!!

I love my Sophie!!!

I want to study Wolves & Sharks & go to Alaska!!

I had a dream the other night that I was driving in the car and then I looked out the window and saw some elk. Two of them were albino. It was weird, but I doubt that it really meant anything. A lot of dreams are just like that, odd.

If you think your dreams may be able to be interpreted why not have a look here:

http://www.sleeps.com/dictionary/dictionary.html

Keep in mind however that you have to search for specific key-words and something the "meanings" of the items/events are altered by other surrounding circumstances ;)

Okay...Acording to the site Medusa posted...

A close relative needs my help, and there is a death somewhere in my future. There is also a lot good luck ahead for me, but several unscrupulous people. There is some situation in my life that I want to change, and I'm being influenced to act against my better nature.

*shrug*

dreams don't always mean things, and before you sleep try to clear your head. if you want the dreams to go away imaging space, just empty space, and don't think about anything, push it out of your mind. I do that if I think i will have a nightmare, and it works.

yesterday I dreamt that I went to a coffee house, it looked kinda like starbucks. I was with a bunch of people I didn't know, yet in the dream they acted like they were close friends, but when I tried to look at their faces, they went blanc, literally. They had no faces and when I told them that, they kept asking me if I was feeling alright. They pretended to drink coffee out of empty cups, and I got served an empty cup too. And the dream ended with them all staring at me, with no faces.

Then I had a dream that i climbed up this realy beautiful lighthouse, and shone thw light all around, but there was nothing around and I was in the middle of nowhere, just empty space. I jumped out and swam in the air. That is how it ended.

c, ur not the only 1 that hasd strange dreams. ;)

I can definately confirm that, rarely do I ever have a dream (that I remember) but when I do its really strange and really freaky. I've dreamt of all my teeth falling out, I've dreamt of having to run away from a tiger/prehistoric crab like creatures, the list goes on!

Those aren't quite as weird as the one dream I had...

Zero was sleeping on my bed, and me and my mom were petting him, and we were reading instructions on a giant poster on how to pet him correctly. O_o;;

...

*goes to see if that means anything*

EDIT: How do you make it so you don't have to pay?!

In most of those dreams you seem unsure of yourself and want to change something or you seek to make yourself understood/trusted. You want to be in control but others make you feel like you aren't. Do you have a waking situation where you want to change something or maybe feel that others don't completely get what you want to tell them? Or they don't trust you, or think you aren't responsible enough to do a certain task, which you feel like you could do if they just would lay off. Maybe if given a chance you could do it. The part about the strawberry pie and putting tomatos in it, seems to mean there is more to you than others see, but maybe you are afraid to let them see your heart.
(A tomato is kind of a heart..It has chambers like a heart...). Maybe people think you are sweet and you don't always feel that way? I know sometimes people think I am nice (When actually I am nice for the sake of being nice. Kind of like I have to but maybe I am not really putting my heart into it. Sometimes I am nice but I would rather be someplace else doing something else. ) Stealing a pen and running away...Well I guess that just means you are trying to escape from something you know is wrong even if no one else is getting on to you about it. Maybe the one chasing you is your own self? Being forced to marry Dan..well maybe you would really like to do something, but you know it might not be the best thing to do. But then again you really would like to do it, but it would be better if people thought you were being forced to do it. Or maybe it means there is something that you would like to do but you know better so you are arguing with yourself about it. Yes, people can argue with themselves and struggle with themselves over what they want to do, and who they want to be. The older you get, I think the more you realize that no one can hurt your, or help you, more than your own self. And that you have more to love and to fear from your own self than from anyone else.

If I am having a dream and I want it to just end, I hold my breath. It works every time as I always wake up so I can breathe. Of course I don't always know when I am dreaming, but it works when I figure it out.
It's helped me to escape from people/wolves, other things, trying to kill me plenty of times. If it gets too scarey, hold your breath! Maybe you'll wake up! That is my motto.

Mostly lately I have this annoying dream that I am in a car with someone who is driving towards a flooded road. I always hate that dream because usually it ends with me getting out of the vehicle and everyone else drowning. But I've come to realize it is just a dream, so I don't even try to save anyone anymore. I just get out and let them drown, I am so evil! I had that dream the other night, my dad (who drives a school bus as well as teaches school ) was driving the bus through deep water. I told him not to but he said it was ok. Then I said "Oh no, this is that dream where we all drown again. I know you won't listen to me, because you never do. So I am just going to get out while I can. " Then I opened the door as the bus starts to sink. Then I just kind of fly away as the bus is sinking. As I fly away I hear my dad say "Oh sure, save yourself. Don't even try to...blub blub blub..." When I wake up I kind of feel evil for not trying to save my dad. But he never listens to me.

I think I know what all this means though. But I don't really want to get into a religious discussion. I'm not the type to really argue with anyone about what to believe, even with my dad.

Dreams are normaly very symbolic. I find it a good idea to keep a dream diary. So when you look throu it it is easier to interpret. Out of those dreams you need to find at least three words or so, and then get a dream dictionary(at the libary if you don't have one at home) and look up those words and see what they mean.

Sometimes they don't really make sense, so you have to interpret more deeply.
