The same or different?

I feel really stupid for asking this but... Is Naruto: Ultimate Ninja (US) and Narutimate Hero (Japan) the same thing? Cause I was looking at trailers and stuff for the narutimate one and it looks really simalar. And the names are almost the same.

I'm about 90% sure that they're the same.

If not, then I was stupid for thinking I bought the American version of that game.

Dude I just got this game and I am so addicted. Last night I spent about 4 hours trying to beat the "Practice Missions" -.- I suck but that is just more motivation to keep going. xD If I dont give up first >.>
