Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory - help needed ^^

I'm striving to get 100% mission ratings, and just need to get it on penthouse, bathhouse, and whatever the last one is called. I think I can get Penthouse easily, and maybe the last level, but bathhouse is driving me crazy - can anyone give me tips on what to avoid doing? Like what you used to before you got 100% mission rating - if there's anyone out there that has done it?!
