Its kind of confusing , but I can't figure out how to make an avatar. Please post and help me.

Hiya. Here's a very basic idea of how to make an avatar:
1. Open a paint program such as Paint, GIMP, Photoshop, or Photofiltre.
2. Make is so the canvas (the part you draw on) is 80x80 pixels.
3. Draw / paste your design onto it.
4. Save it.
5. Go to an image host like Tinypic or Photobucket. Upload it.
6. Go here and paste in the URL of your avatar. Click submit.
