How do you save a screen shot?

I have a page from neopets that i want to save and show off but I do not know how to save the page. Can anyone help?

Push the Print Screen button. Open up paint and paste it in. Save it as a JPG (but that will reduce the quality) or something and upload it to Photobucket or another image host like Imageshack.us.
