Good animation programs?
I used the trial for Animation shop 3 like 3 years ago, even though I tried downloading it again and turning back the clock, it still didn't work.
And please don't suggest flash. Tried it. I never figured it out.
Anyone?

Adobe Image Ready 2.0 was the one I worked out how to use earlier today. I think it came with my Adobe Photoshop 5.5 because I can't work out how else I would have gotten the program.
Other than that, I've also used Ulead GIF Animator 4.0 before I think and it wasn't too bad. For the sake of simplicity and for the sake of keeping the programs on my computer to a minimum, I think I'll be using Image Ready from now on though
Sorry, I don't really know any freely downloadable ones or free trial ones

What image program are you using and what are you trying to animate?
I have a free image program called GIMP. For simple animation like sets on this forum, it comes with an animation progam built in. I know there is also an additional animation program for doing really complex animation that you can download.

I'd reccomend Image Ready.

What program do you use for images? Photoshop lets you animate by saving for web as a gif...you have to make every frame by hand, though...

GIF Movie Gear is good.
