I've tried using Jac Paint Shop Pro, but everything is too confusing for someone who sucks at these things. So if anyone knows how to do it in either Jasc or MS Paint please post.

No, there isn't in paint, but of course there is in PSP. Sadly, I do not own PSP as of now (getting it soon hopefully...) so I can't tell ya how to do it in there either. Big help, aren't I? :)

Anti-aliasing text can simply be done by checking the anti-alias box in PSP, which is on the screen where you enter your text.

Actually, you can anti-alias stuff in paint...just do it a pixel at a time...

Takes way too long, though :P

PSP 8 isn't all that confusing, it only took me about 3 days to learn, and I was 10. Atleast, if memory serves me right.

Anti-alias makes the text smooth instead of rough and pixelish.

I want to make images antialiase though because after I draw the outline of them they have that rough boxy effect. Is their some sort of brush I could use that makes it antialise?

You could do what I did on this image:

In PSP 7, go to Effects > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and set the radius to 0.50
You might try adjusting the number to get it exactly how you want it.
