I assume you are doing a Brain Tree quest? In that case, the answer is totally random. You can only get it by feeding the Esophagor.

Yes, there was a web site that tried keeping track of the death dates and locations for the Brain Tree but it proved to not be worthwhile as its a randomly generated answer every time so its never the same. It requires a lot of luck to get the Esophoger to be reasonable in his request twice in a row to give you both pieces of information.

My average Brain Tree award has been in the 2000 NP range plus an item that values from 50np - 1000np. That should give you a good idea of how much you really want to spend before you feed the Esophoger more than the quest is worth.
