Hello.... i am having a problem with my PIN number.....its not letting me chage it or even try it.....idk what to do...a :o

At the very bottom of the page is a section called "Did you forget your PIN?" There's a link there that says, "To send your PIN to email@yourinternetprovider.com, click here."
