Round 3: They messed up matching the pictures with the words. It's not that hard to have someone double check. (The hover text matches the words.) Christmas Day's animation rankles me just as much today as it did then. I'm voting for the 26th. The thought of the Slushie Slinger taking a break and speed-racing through an entire book, a painting, and 4 simultaneous chess matches on her 10-minute break cracks me up. (I don't remember the darblat one at all... I think that might have been my last-minute round when I had one minute to do that and Trudy...) Prize: Bronze Dress

Edit: Nope. I claimed the prize at 7:42 pm. There were weird Negg-related prizes that day. And Blue grumbled about the "close" sign. None of us commented on what the Darblats were heading towards - we probably assumed it would carry over to the next day. Nope. Apparently the mom and chick managed to find their way "back" to the Darblat Migration. Whatever that is. I guess they were "close" all along, Blue!

Round 3: Darblat - it was the worst of them all for so many reasons... but Darblats are cute. And do not need to make sense. I suppose it was the most memorable, but not in a good way. Then again, I was not even "close"

Round 5: Wraith Encounters in the Haunted Woods - because it is a book and looks awesome. Then again, a peppermint shake sounds amazingly good right now. So hungry... Ok. Changed my vote (and clicked submit) for the Peppermint Slushie. Darned hunger. Then again, I'm batting zero so far (through round 2)

I'm also 0 for 2 and fully expect to get less than half "correct." But I voted for the ones I wanted, so really, I got them all right, right?

Oasis Eyrie because it's blue (though I think the forest sage is the best drawn, it's not my style)

Zombie Bruce because of the detailing, though I concur that the Meerca Burlap was very cute (it was the button eyes that did it for me, though. Thinking about customizing it did me in, and I couldn't vote for it.) The Maraquan Lutari was blargh (i.e. too much pink for me - though if you like pink, I'm sure it's lovely).

For round 4 I also voted for the gift of the Xweetok. I voted on my phone and couldn't rewatch them, and I remember finding at least part of that one nice. I don't think I followed any of the series, anyway.

I ended up voting for the darblat because cute! I considered the book and stamp, but neither's art were all that appealing to me.

Edit: Now 0 for 3. At least day 25 came in last.

Oooh, touch decision today! Sea glass or sandcastle? There's already a jail foreground. And I think a slushie one? Going with sea glass because there are other sandcastles, and the details on the sea glass are nice. And I got a book: All About Rare Stamps

It'd be fun to actually manage to not pick any of the popular ones this year. I might have already blown that today.

I feel like a lemming today. Sea Glass for me, too. Hopefully I get a book... Nope. Sunny Background Frame for me.

So I voted for the AC. Because at least they made some improvements to it.

I'm also still 5 for 5 on avoiding the most popular. I think tomorrow's results will ruin my streak, though - the sea glass was by far the best NP foreground of our choices.

I've managed to get all my votes in (somehow). No clue what prizes I've gotten. So far, only 1 was most popular. Tally-ho.

Ugh. A NC category. I have no dog in this fight... Let's see. Crafting Faerie looks kinda cool, but is really annoying during the Faerie Quest events... But, with a refresh quest boon, it's super useful. Charity corner is buggy and awful. No idea what the Luxury Sky Box is (AC Something?). That sounds good, but nope. Doctor Neggistential's Workshop sounds too drug-fueled. LOL. JK.

Aaaaand totally forgot to vote yesterday. *headdesk* Sigh. So much for my day of bonus. I think this is the first time I've ever missed something before. I shouldn't be surprised, with how things have been lately.

I managed to pick. I told you that sea glass would break my streak! The potion master cloak and AC both lost, so I'm still at only 1 popular pick. Let's see... my picks awaiting results are luxury sky box lounge (prettiest picture), jubjub power bounce briefcase because it had the most detailed image, and petpets in a basket because I just wanted to vote and it looked interesting, but I didn't actually look at all of them and maybe should have voted for the minimalist meal, but I was lazy and didn't look up the whole pictures and who actually cares?

*sigh* I've barely been able to get through my "basic basic" dailies because the old pages + ABP have a memory leak (loading endless ads). I even disabled ABP, but to no avail. A friend recommended a different ad blocker, but I at least was able to get through the basic dailies today without the issue. Time to try to get some battles in!

Completely spaced it. I managed ~12 battles on Saturday, collected interest, spun Trudy... but forgot the Neopies. Ah well, I did get my vote in ahead of the deadline, and also claimed the prize for doing so.
