Playing it safe on Insane! nq2

I just thought I'd post this so we could have a board that is just for answering the constant stream of "What level should I be to attack Gebarn on Insane?' and similar questions.

Here we post what level we decided to take on a boss at, and if if was a hard, easy, or stupidly easy fight.

I'll start off with, I'm in the first cave at level seven, I didn't go into it until I was level 5 on insane mode.
