LOL I can't believe it! I actually won that one. And I really had no clue what it was. One of the hints posted here was "she likes swords" so I did a sidebar-search of "sword" and it came up with the Battle Faerie... I didn't even check the pic, I just randomly submitted "battle faerie sword" just for fun because I really had no idea. XD I love my dumb luck! ^_^

I checked my whole database list. EVERYTHING! I must have missed it or it is else where or an item or something.

Yeah this is quite hard... at least it is working my brain a bit... I found a few leads here and there but none of them have such a pattern. Colour wise is correct but the patterns are way off.
