I have a broken sidebar.What is the cause of broken sidebar?

I have never heard of that one before. Do you have a screenie? That might help.

It *could* be a temporary problem, which will disappear later... 
Or it would have something to do with the site being down. But, that happened about an hour ago, so I'm not sure if it would effect it.
Is the sidebar you're using a one that needed to be unlocked, like the Maraquan sidebar?
