Do premium spots open up at a set time?

I'm trying to sign up for premium because my friend referred me and he really wants the avatar, but there's not any slots open. I really want to get signed up soon (like tomorrow ), but I don't want to spend my whole day refreshing the Premium page. I guess I can if I absolultely need too...

If your friend sent you an invite you should be able to go to the link that was in the neomail and then access the Premium page no problem. On occassion I think it can take a little while to register but it should do eventually.

A lot of people have been having this problem with referals. One of the people I gave an invite to cleared his temp internet files and he was able to sign up. Hope this helps you!
